Amazon's Kindle app has been downloaded by millions...but actively used by a startling few. I led the development of an email and paid social onboarding campaign to engage users to download and read books. Experiential emails and thumb-stopping (ew, that phrase!) ads kicked it off.

Silk Therapeutics faced a challenge: translate lots of science-y jargon into aspirational, creative copy that could appeal to luxury beauty consumers--without losing sight of the brand's origins. I helped Silk Therapeutics shape a story around the elegance and strength of silk, as well as their inspiration: skincare so pure that chemotherapy patients could use it without irritation.
